Guest Service Associate/Cashier
About the role
The Guest Service Associate will drive top-notch guest experience while facilitating store-level tasks.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
- Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
- Operate the point of sale according to corporate standards; maintain proper cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
- Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.).
- Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times.
- Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns.
- Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
- Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Available to work flexible hours that may include day, night, weekend, and/or holiday shifts.
- Able to perform basic computer functions.
- Able to provide reliable transportation.
- Able to work in intermittent temperatures, such as outside, cooler environments, etc.
- Able to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
- Able to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
- Able to perform duties of the job in a timely manner.
- Ability to count, read, and write accurately to complete required paperwork.
- Support GSA new hire employee's onboarding and training.
Benefits
Pay Range: $17.12 - $20.33
Final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location. The Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
