About the role
The Guest Service Agent is often the first point of contact and the first impression for guests. Warm, knowledgeable service and helpful guidance reassure guests they’ve made the right choice to stay with us.
Responsibilities
- Check in and out guests efficiently
- Maintain a positive and welcoming demeanor at all times
- Ensure guests have all they need for a great stay
Requirements
- Experience is a plus
- Weekend and holiday availability is a must
