Guest Service Agent
About the Role
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing warm, professional service throughout their stay. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail help create a welcoming and seamless guest experience. You will report to the Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Check-in and check-out guests
- Handle reservations
- Address guest inquiries or concerns
- Answer inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions
Education & Experience
Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have a combination of education and experience.
Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
