Description

We are seeking a motivated and professional individual to provide exceptional customer service and ensure our guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, providing effective solutions
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using our booking system
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and ensure all guest records are up-to-date
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and ensure smooth operations
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and securely
- Uphold hotel policies and standards to ensure guest satisfaction and safety
Skills And Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with reservation systems and basic computer skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to assist guests
