Description

We are seeking a motivated and professional individual to provide exceptional customer service and ensure our guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, providing effective solutions
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using our booking system
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and ensure all guest records are up-to-date
  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and ensure smooth operations
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and securely
  • Uphold hotel policies and standards to ensure guest satisfaction and safety

Skills And Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus
  • Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with reservation systems and basic computer skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to assist guests
