Travel + Leisure Co. recently acquired Yes& Vacations and Spinnaker Resorts, adding 23 resorts in destinations like Maui, Las Vegas, and Hilton Head. This role is based at Tahiti Village.

Responsibilities

• Clean resort units, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms while maintaining housekeeping detail standards.
• Clean, vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies.
• Make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries.
• Sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens.
• Maintain positive customer and associate relationships.
• Respond appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest issues to resolution to improve the guest experience.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with employees, guests, and owners.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude with a team focus.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
