Guest Room Attendant

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed
• Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed
• Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
• Dispose of trash and recyclables
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Perform guest turn down service, as needed

Requirements

• Must be available to work a flexible schedule to include nights, holidays and weekends
• Must have the ability to communicate in English
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times
• Strong communication skills with guests
• Willingness to assist co-workers with job duties and work as a team player
• Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing, reading, standing, walking and routinely lifting 25 lbs to 50 lbs
• Able to receive instructions and communicate progress of work assignments
