Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in restaurant operations, hospitality, guest services, or customer service
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
