Primary Responsibilities

• Consistently delivers an exceptional guest experience
• Consistently adheres to Altar'd State's guest service standards
• Acts as a positive role model, contributes to a culture of teamwork
• Coeaches associates on guest interactions, recognizes great performance

• Affords construction of merchandising and window displays

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years of age
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently
• May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location
• Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance

Position Overview

Reporting to Store Leadership, the Guest Lead plays an important role in delivering and directing the activities required to achieve store goals. These activities include providing exceptional guest service, maintaining compelling visual presentations, ongoing associate development and effective operational compliance.

About the Role

The Guest Lead is responsible for ensuring that all guests have a memorable and enjoyable shopping experience. They are also responsible for maintaining a clean and presentable store environment, assisting in the construction of merchandising and window displays, and serving as a leader on duty as needed.
