Responsibilities
- Meet/exceed key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Facilitate management, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Address guest concerns, train Spa Concierge staff
- Continue employee coaching and development
- Uphold Woodhouse Spa standards
- Manage and monitor spa operations
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Reinforce excellent customer service
- Address guest issues and concerns
- Daily analysis of reporting schedules
- Identify areas of opportunity for increasing profitability
- Ensure spas meet/exceed goals
- Implement strategy and coaching initiatives
- Update master schedule
- Coordinate and manage training opportunities
- Partner with Corporate Field Marketing Manager
- Partner with location leadership team
- Address maintenance requests
- Maintain professional appearance
- Perform other projects and activities

Pay
The rate for this role is $21-$23 an hour. This role is bonus-eligible and will be elaborated on in the interview process.
Schedule
This position is non-exempt, meaning it is eligible for overtime compensation. This is a full-time role that requires an individual to work a schedule that accommodates the needs of the business (days, evenings, and/or weekends).
