Guest Experience Director (Riverwalk Campus)
Responsibilities
Aid in the leadership of the campus, ensuring all worship experiences are executed with excellence to make guests feel seen and known.
Oversee, care for, and grow volunteer teams, including the Welcome Area, Greeters, Ushers, Campus Safety, Volunteer Headquarters, Operations, and Parking.
Develop leaders and connect guests to volunteer teams to promote meaningful involvement in the areas you oversee.
Implement the infrastructure of all standard operating systems, cultural expectations, volunteer leadership, and financial viability for the areas you oversee.
Requirements
- Active participation in a church (looking for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community)
- High-level networking/relational strengths
- Ability to make sound, critical decisions under pressure
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
- Great attention to detail and time-management skills
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience working in a non-profit environment or ministry setting
- Ministry training or education
Day-to-Day
We operate a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we're in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we support the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
The environment is fast-paced, and we're not afraid to pivot strategies or projects quickly to meet the needs of the weekend. Adaptability is a key competence for us.
We work hard, but we also play hard. There's plenty of opportunity for professional development, both structured and unstructured.
