Overview

The Guest Experience Associates at Level99 are the life of the venue, bringing the fun and ensuring the ultimate guest experience. They are responsible for showcasing the Level99 concept, providing tours, answering questions, assisting with wayfinding, and efficiently managing the check-in process. They also help maintain the venue's cleanliness and operations, assist with POS functions, and provide best-in-class service.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize the guest experience by greeting guests, providing tours, answering questions, assisting with wayfinding, and efficiently moving guests through lines and the check-in process.
  • Helps with the upkeep, maintenance, cleanliness, and operations of the entertainment side of the venue.
  • Provides authentic, fun, approachable, and humble interpersonal interactions and shows up on time daily to provide best-in-class service.
  • Continuously upholds Level99 brand and visual standards across all parts of the business, including product, experience, display standards, as well as environmental cleanliness and organization.
  • Aids in operations, including shift tasks, POS functions, account creations & troubleshooting, cash handling, hands-on guest service, and proper facilities upkeep and daily cleaning.
  • Assists with venue opening and closing tasks as assigned.
  • Assists guests with the best value through sales techniques and recommendations.

Must-Have Skills

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which will include days, nights, weekends and holidays. Friday and weekend availability a MUST.
  • Able to work eight hour-plus shifts, plus ability to stand, sit, squat or walk for extended periods of time, walk up and down stairs.
  • Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understands, utilizes and embraces new technology and its implementation into our operation.
  • A team player.
  • A positive, joyful, upbeat, and energetic attitude.
  • Must be 18 years old or older, the legal age to handle alcohol.

Desirable (but Not Necessary) Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 1 year experience working directly with guests or customers.
  • Strong public speaking or performance experience.
  • Retail Sales Associate experience preferred but not required.
