• Hours Required: Candidates must be available for evenings and weekends
• Position Overview: You're the face of TOCA, greeting guests, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Guest Experience Hero (60%)
• Greet guests warmly and professionally
• Answer questions and concerns with a positive attitude
• Quickly resolve issues or delegate tasks to teammates
• Keep the facility running smoothly
• Operations Guru (30%)
• Ensure the space is clean and stocked
• Help with scheduling, check-ins, sign-ups, and events
• Manage the front desk efficiently

• Handle waivers, payments, and reports efficiently
