About the role
Join Dash In as their Guest Experience Manager. Dash In is a leading convenience brand with over 60 locations, dedicated to providing a welcoming, efficient, and service-focused experience for guests.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Front of House (FOH) team and partner with the Store Manager for strong daily execution and exceptional service delivery.
- Aid in hiring, training, coaching, and developing a high-performing retail team.
- Oversee product ordering to drive sales while minimizing loss and shrink.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and guest-focused environment.
- Support 24/7 retail execution and act as Store Manager when needed.
- Ensure clear communication across all levels of the organization.
- Meet or exceed expectations during third-party audits and inspections.
- Drive sales growth, positive customer feedback, and strong profitability metrics (labor, expenses, inventory control).
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED - or - ability to complete employer-paid GED program; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in operations, customer service, food service, or retail.
- 2+ years of leadership experience.
- Ability to work a varied full-time schedule including days, nights, weekends, and overnights.
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
Qualifications
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening.
- Preferred qualifications: Active ServSafe certification, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, familiarity with POS technology, excellent interpersonal and coaching abilities, detail-oriented with a results-driven and adaptable mindset.
