WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Welcome guests, assess the purpose of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Manage incoming calls by routing them appropriately and providing general company information.
- Process new and transfer inventory accurately, including printing and reprinting stock tags.
- Create new customer profiles in CAMP and maintain accurate internal records.
- Track and log dealer license plates used for test drives and support escalation of customer concerns.
- Prepare and execute all day-of-delivery tasks, including VIP tags, special requests, and CAMP navigation.
- Greet customers during delivery, ensure all work orders are completed and paid, and provide keys while thanking them for their business.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum of a High School Diploma is required.
- Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
- Previous Customer Service experience is required, ideally within retail setting.
- People oriented, interacting positively with clients and other team members.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Able to effectively troubleshoot and address/resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Attentiveness, decision-making, adaptability and relationship development are all keys to success in this positions.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to details and multitasking is essential.
About the role
