WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Welcome guests, assess the purpose of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Manage incoming calls by routing them appropriately and providing general company information.
  • Process new and transfer inventory accurately, including printing and reprinting stock tags.
  • Create new customer profiles in CAMP and maintain accurate internal records.
  • Track and log dealer license plates used for test drives and support escalation of customer concerns.
  • Prepare and execute all day-of-delivery tasks, including VIP tags, special requests, and CAMP navigation.
  • Greet customers during delivery, ensure all work orders are completed and paid, and provide keys while thanking them for their business.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Guest Coordinator, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers and the final touch-point during the purchasing journey. This role ensures seemless, informed, and memorable experience by coordinating the final sale with our internal teams.
