Part-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro about company: "As a member of the C&S Wholesale Grocers family of companies, SpartanNash is a food solutions company..." This is about the role? Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can put company description under "About the role". Or maybe we could have a separate "About the company" but not allowed headings. So we will put under About the role. - Location: "Location: 1100 13th Ave. East - West Fargo, North Dakota 58078". This is minor metadata; we can fold into a short

or drop it. Probably include as a short paragraph after About the role. - Position Summary: "This role is responsible for providing courteous customer service in person or by telephone; answers incoming calls to the retail store and directs incoming calls to the appropriate department and assist with guest questions in store. Also responsible for operating cash register and/or assisting guests with self-checkouts." - Here's What You’ll Do: list of duties. - Here’s What You’ll Need: qualifications. - Physical Requirements: details. - Benefits: "As part of our People First culture, SpartanNash is proud to offer a robust and competitive Total Rewards benefits package." That's vague; not specific benefits listed. The instruction: never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It states they offer a robust and competitive Total Rewards benefits package but no specifics. That's vague; maybe we should not include Benefits because it's not specific. The instruction: "never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. 'commensurate with experience', 'not specified', 'N/A', 'varies', 'TBD')". This is similar: "robust and competitive Total Rewards benefits package" is vague but not exactly placeholder. However it's not specific benefits. I'd lean to not include Benefits section because no concrete benefits listed. - Pay: not mentioned. So no Pay section. - Schedule: not mentioned (part-time indicated but not schedule details). There's "Job Type: Part time". That's schedule info? It's part-time but not specific hours. Might be considered schedule info. The instruction: include Schedule section only when posting actually states them. It states Job Type: Part time. That's a schedule type. Could be considered schedule. But it's not specific like "Monday-Friday 9-5". Might be okay to include Schedule with "Part-time". However we need to avoid filler. "Part time" is concrete. So we could include Schedule section with that. - Also we have "Company: Family Fare Job Area: Retail Job Family: Retail Stores Job Type: Part time Req ID: R89676". We should drop Job ID etc. But we can keep Job Type for schedule. - Also "As part of our People First culture..." we already considered. - Also "SpartanNash is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." boilerplate to remove. - Also "We are not able to sponsor work visas for this position." remove. - Also "Ready to contribute to the success of our food solutions company? Apply now!" remove application instructions. - Also "Here's What You’ll Do" list. - Also "Here’s What You’ll Need" list. - Also "Physical Requirements" section. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Thus we need to capture: - About the role: company description + location maybe. - Responsibilities: the list under Here's What You’ll Do (including the position summary maybe). Could combine position summary as prose then list. - Requirements: maybe "High school diploma or GED (required)" etc. - Qualifications: maybe "One year of prior retail or related experience preferred." etc. - Skills: maybe "Good verbal communication skills; ability to interact politely and effectively with customers. Good customer service and organizational skills; detail-oriented. Good reading, writing and arithmetic skills are required." But the instruction says we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. We have: - About the role: company description and location. - Responsibilities: list of duties (Here's What You’ll Do) plus maybe position summary. - Requirements: maybe education requirement (High school diploma or GED required). - Qualifications: maybe experience preferred. - Skills: communication, customer service, organizational, detail-oriented, reading/writing/arithmetic. - Physical Requirements: maybe could be under Requirements or Qualifications? But we don't have a heading for Physical Requirements; we could incorporate into Requirements or Qualifications as a list. However we must not create new headings not in list. So we need to fit physical requirements into one of the allowed headings. Could put under Requirements (since they are requirements). Or under Qualifications. Probably Requirements. - Schedule: Part-time. - Benefits: we decided not to include because vague. - Pay: none. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include boilerplate. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

    • Good customer service and organizational skills; detail-oriented.
    • Good reading, writing and arithmetic skills are required.

    Schedule

    Part time

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like Equal Opportunity, visa sponsorship, apply now, etc. We included location in About the role paragraph. That's okay. We didn't include Benefits or Pay. Check that we preserved all substantive info: company description, location, position summary, duties list, qualifications (education, experience), physical requirements, skills, schedule (part-time). Did we miss anything like "As part of our People First culture, SpartanNash is proud to offer a robust and competitive Total Rewards benefits package." We omitted because it's vague. The instruction says do not create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It states they offer a robust and competitive Total Rewards benefits package. That is a statement about benefits, albeit vague. But we could include a Benefits section with that statement. However the instruction also says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). "robust and competitive Total Rewards benefits package" is not exactly placeholder but still vague. Might be considered filler. Safer to omit. Also we omitted "SpartanNash is an Equal Opportunity Employer that invests in Associate development, recognizes and celebrates success, fosters two-way communication, and promotes a sense of belonging. We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all individuals, including those with disabilities and Veterans." That's boilerplate EEO, remove. We omitted "We are not able to sponsor work visas for this position." remove. We omitted "Ready to contribute to the success of our food solutions company? Apply now!" remove. We omitted "Company: Family Fare Job Area: Retail Job Family: Retail Stores Job Type: Part time Req ID: R89676" except we used Job Type for schedule. We kept location. Check for duplicate lines: The responsibilities list includes the first bullet that repeats the position summary sentence. That's okay; we kept both the summary paragraph and the list. Might be considered duplication but it's from the posting; we should preserve all substantive info. The summary sentence is essentially same as first bullet. It's okay. Now ensure we used

    for section headings,
    • for lists,

      for prose. We have a

      for About the role, a

      for Responsibilities summary, then

        . For Requirements we used
directly; maybe we should have a

intro? Not required. The instruction: Use

          • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits
