About the role
Caressant Care is looking for a passionate Guest Attendant to join their team of care providers. The position is located in St. Thomas, Ontario (Bonnie Place) and is part-time.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest care services
- Ensure the comfort and safety of residents
- Support the daily living needs of residents
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- Suitable formal education
- Experience working with vulnerable people
- Working knowledge of the 'Retirement Homes Act, 2010'
- Able to work independently
- Willing and able to accept verbal and/or written direction
- Good communication skills, able to read and write in the English language
- First Aid and CPR-certified
- Safe Food Handling Certificate
- Punctual and reliable

Pay
The starting rate of pay is $24.02 per hour, and the terms and conditions of employment are in accordance with the Collective Agreement.
Schedule
The schedule is part-time.
