• Communicate and interact with guests to build a welcoming guest experience
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks
• Engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
• Make the guest aware of current promotions, store activities, and events
• Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store, and specific to your area, to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience
• Thank guests and let them know we're happy they chose to shop at Target
• Promote and engage around various benefits, offerings, and services

What We Are Looking For

• Enjoy interacting and helping others - including guests that shop our store and fellow team members you work with

• Open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days, or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays, and other peak shopping times)

• Communicate effectively, including using positive language and attending to guests' needs
• Have a welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
• Have attention to detail while prioritizing tasks
• Willing to educate guests and engage around products and services
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
• Work both independently and with a team
• Remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
