• Being open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days, or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays, and other peak shopping times)

What You Should Have

• Communicating effectively, including using positive language and attentive to guests needs
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
• Attention to detail while prioritizing tasks
• Willing to educate guests and engage around products and services
• Able to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
• Working both independently and with a team
• Remaining focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplishing multiple tasks within established timeframes

What We Expect

• Accurately handling checkout operations, transactions, and supporting cash office operations as needed
• Scanning, handling, and moving merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving product up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds without additional assistance from others
• Able to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary)
• Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc.
