What We Are Looking For
- Enjoy interacting and helping others - including guests that shop our store and fellow team members you work with
- Thrive in a fast-moving, highly active and physically demanding role, where teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem solving are key to success
- Open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and other peak shopping times)
Skills Needed
- Communicate effectively, including using positive language and attentive to guests needs
- Welcome and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
- Attention to detail while prioritizing tasks
- Willing to educate guests and engage around products and services
- Able to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
- Work both independently and with a team
- Capable of remaining focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplishing multiple tasks within established timeframes
