• Communicating effectively, including using positive language and attending to guests' needs
• Having a welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
• Having attention to detail while prioritizing tasks
• Willing to educate guests and engage around products and services
• Having the ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
• Being able to work both independently and with a team
• Remaining focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplishing multiple tasks within established timeframes
