Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting guests
• Scheduling appointments and answering phones
• Checking guests in and out and ensuring accuracy of all transactions
• Maintaining a beautiful spa, retail space and reception area
• Membership, spa boutique and product sales
• Providing education to guests regarding the Spavia story, spa boutique products, and treatments offered
• Maintaining and providing accurate and timely responses to all guest inquiries and ensuring an exceptional guest experience
• Willingness to work as a team player to proactively support the spa’s needs
• Attention to detail in all aspects of guest advisor responsibilities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales experience (strongly preferred)
• Naturally outgoing and comfortable initiating conversations with new people
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences while achieving membership and sales goals
• Self-motivated, coachable, goal-driven, and dependable
• Strong multitasker with excellent attention to detail
• Professional appearance and exceptional communication skills
• Drug- and alcohol-free workplace
• Weekend and evening availability required (Saturday shifts are mandatory)
