About the role

Rebis is a multidisciplinary sleep wellness center committed to improving sleep health and overall wellness. Our mission is to help individuals heal and thrive by optimizing sleep health through a collaborative, compassionate, and coordinated approach. We aim to become the nation's leading multidisciplinary center for sleep wellness.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
• Create immediate trust and emotional safety in every interaction
• Convert referrals and inbound inquiries into scheduled appointments
• Guide guests toward the appropriate visit: Awaken Core Assessment, Empower, and Move conversations toward clear next steps
• Clearly explain the Rebis care model and help guests understand what to expect
• Reduce confusion and uncertainty by answering questions with clarity and confidence
• Work incoming referrals quickly and efficiently
• Create accurate guest charts and coordinate insurance verification processes
• Initiate and send intake forms
• Communicate appointment confirmations to referring providers
• Send welcome emails and onboarding instructions to guests
• Ensure guests feel prepared for their visit

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of customer service, hospitality, or healthcare experience
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail
• Comfort using scheduling systems and digital tools
