About the role

The Manager, Consolidation and Reporting will manage financial planning, reporting, and controlling activities to provide accurate, timely, and actionable insights that support business performance and strategic decision-making. This role will partner closely with the VP, Finance and Chief Financial Operating Officer to strengthen financial discipline, optimize costs and investments, and ensure robust controls, reporting, and operational processes across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning and reporting processes, ensuring the timely delivery of accurate, clear, and transparent financial information to internal stakeholders, including business leadership and Global/Group Finance teams.
  • Prepare and oversee the monthly consolidated financial reporting package for senior management and external stakeholders, ensuring consistency, reliability, and actionable insights.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external auditors, coordinating audits and providing comprehensive documentation, analysis, and explanations to support compliance and transparency.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to identify and implement efficiency initiatives and cost-saving opportunities, supporting sustainable profitability and operational excellence.
  • Ensure strong internal control environment, aligning processes with corporate policies and regulatory requirements to safeguard financial integrity and mitigate operational risks.
  • Develop and evaluate business cases for capital investments, including ROI and IRR modelling, and perform post-investment performance analyses with measurable KPIs.
  • Support HR cost controlling activities, including budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial targets.
  • Design and enhance HR reporting tools and dashboards, improving data visibility and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.
  • Supervise and coordinate inventory control activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with operational and financial objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years of progressive Finance, Controlling, FP&A, or related experience, preferably within a multinational, consumer, retail, or luxury organization.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools; experience with ERP and business intelligence/reporting systems preferred.
  • Experience in luxury, fashion, retail, or other consumer-facing industries is preferred.

Qualified candidates must have the proper work authorization to work in the United States.

Pay

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, the current base salary range is $90,000 USD to $100,000 USD.
