Responsibilities

• Advocate for the best interests of children in custody disputes
• Prepare and file legal documents related to custody cases
• Attend court hearings and provide testimony
• Collaborate with other professionals involved in the child’s case
• Provide counseling and support services to children and families

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in law or related field
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Bar admission in Utah
• Experience in family law or child advocacy preferred

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of child development and psychology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
