About the role

As a Bilingual Security Officer (Patrol and Access Control) in Puerto Rico, you will provide security across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, retail, shopping centers, pharmaceuticals, corporate campuses, and over 400 Fortune 500 companies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service by performing security and protection procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when required.
• Respond to critical incidents and situations with calm problem-solving.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Receive and process employees and/or visitors in the reception area according to site rules and assigned post orders.
• Work environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Rotating availability for weekly schedules and itineraries.
• Fluency in spoken and written Spanish and English (required for bilingual positions).
• Valid driver’s license from Puerto Rico.
• Customer service skills.
• Available for credentialing processes and training.
• Subject to background checks in accordance with federal, state, and local laws; qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to drug screening as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.

Pay

$11.44 per hour.
