About the role

As an Armed Store Access Security Officer (Part-Time) in Puerto Rico, you will provide security across various industries, including manufacturing, retail stores, shopping centers, pharmaceuticals, corporate campuses, and over 400 Fortune 500 companies.

Pay

Hourly wage: $25.00 (part-time rotating shifts).

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Rotating availability for weekly schedules and itineraries.
• Fluency in spoken and written Spanish and English (bilingual positions require English).
• Valid Puerto Rico driver’s license.
• Active firearms license from Puerto Rico and a registered firearm compliant with Puerto Rico and Puerto Rico Police laws.
• Customer service skills.
• Availability for credentialing processes and training.
• Subject to a background check in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to drug screening as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service to clients by performing security and protection procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when necessary.
• Respond to critical incidents and situations with calm problem-solving.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter.
• Work environments and conditions may vary by client site.
• Receive and process employees and/or visitors in the reception area according to establishment rules and assigned post orders.
