What You’ll Do
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors and staff.
- Patrol hospitals, buildings, grounds and associated areas to deter criminal activity.
- Document activities and contact appropriate law enforcement when necessary.
- Monitor security, fire and environmental alarms.
- Respond to and resolve problems, disputes and unusual circumstances as necessary.
- Follow HIPAA compliance guidelines.
- Provide customer service to patients, families, visitors and staff.
- Document incidents on appropriate reports as required.
- Operate TRH vehicle in accordance with KY vehicle code.
- Assist with patient transfers.
- Complete all mandatory education and training requirements.
