GTM Strategy & Operations Manager- Special Projects

For our client, we are seeking a GTM Strategy & Operations Manager- Special Projects to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will serve as a strategic operations partner to senior business leaders, helping turn complex data into clear priorities and measurable outcomes. You will lead cross-functional special projects that improve execution, strengthen decision-making, and drive operational efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of analytical rigor, project leadership, and stakeholder management in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $147,000 – $211,000 annually Responsibilities Serve as a strategic operations partner to business leaders in a complex organization. Translate complex data into clear priorities and measurable outcomes. Build alignment with senior stakeholders to ensure successful initiative execution. Develop and lead comprehensive project plans for cross-functional initiatives. Analyze business performance and trends to identify opportunities and risks. Enhance processes and decision-making frameworks for improved operational efficiency. Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in business strategy, sales operations, or a related analytical field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights. Proven track record of leading large-scale projects from inception to execution. Excellent communication skills for building consensus with senior stakeholders. Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel and Salesforce. Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation to enhance operational efficiency. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
