GTM Learning Platforms Manager

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a GTM Learning Platforms Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead the strategy and administration of learning systems that support go-to-market enablement priorities across the organization. You will partner closely with Enablement, IT, HR, and Revenue Operations to improve how training content is delivered, tracked, and measured. The position is focused on optimizing learning technology, strengthening adoption, and ensuring the systems environment supports effective sales and employee development.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Pay

$145,600 – $182,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a learning systems strategy aligned with GTM enablement priorities
• Administer and optimize learning and enablement platforms, including configurations and workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to curate and enhance learning pathways and training programs
• Define and monitor KPIs for learning adoption and content effectiveness
• Manage vendor relationships and serve as a liaison between Enablement, IT, HR, and Revenue Operations

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience managing LMS, CMS, or sales enablement platforms, ideally in a SaaS or GTM context
• Strong grasp of learning technology and adult learning principles
• Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and modern sales enablement tools
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Looker
• Experience with system integrations and project management
