Position Summary
VibeIQ seeks a GTM Engineer to develop, automate, and maintain systems that drive sales and marketing efforts. This role integrates revenue operations with hands-on automation, focusing on pipeline generation and efficiency improvements.
Essential Functions
- Sales: Build and maintain outbound systems, including data pipelines and personalized sequences across sending tools like Apollo, Outreach, and Hubspot.
- Sales & ABM: Implement lead and account scoring, ABM audience targeting, and lead routing and speed-to-lead automation.
- Marketing: Engineer signal- and intent-based plays, integrating product usage, web activity, and third-party data into targeted campaigns.
- Customer Success & Support: Build churn-risk and expansion-signal detection, automated onboarding, and health-score workflows in Zendesk.
- Finance ops: Automate revenue-adjacent workflows, including quote/contract/SOW generation, approvals, and billing/renewal processes.
- Systems & integration: Connect the GTM stack via APIs and automation platforms, writing basic Python, JavaScript, and SQL for custom integrations.
- AI: Apply LLM tools to GTM workflows, ensuring sensible governance and quality controls.
- Strategy & partnership: Translate revenue goals into systems and measure impact through pipeline and conversion metrics.
Required Experience
- 2–4 years in GTM engineering, RevOps, marketing/sales operations, or growth engineering, including building and maintaining revenue infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience building automations, multi-step workflows, conditional logic, and API integrations using platforms like n8n, Zapier, Make, AirOps, or Clay.
- Solid HubSpot administration skills, including workflows, lead scoring, and data quality.
- Proficiency with SQL and some Python and/or JavaScript for data manipulation and custom integrations.
- Fluency with data enrichment and sales-engagement tooling (e.g., Apollo, ZoomInfo, Outreach/Salesloft).
- Familiarity with support/CS tooling (e.g., Zendesk) and building automations around ticketing and customer health.
- Practical experience applying AI/LLM tools to GTM workflows, beyond casual use.
- An operator who starts from ICP and pipeline outcomes and can connect their work to revenue impact.
- SaaS/B2B experience; ability to work a hybrid schedule out of our Boston office.
Bonus Points
- Experience extending GTM systems into Customer Success and Support (churn/expansion signals, onboarding automation, Zendesk support triage and deflection).
- Experience helping consolidate and document a GTM tech stack.
- Familiarity with our stack (HubSpot, GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEMrush) and modern enrichment/AI tools (e.g., Exa, Firecrawl, Clay AI).
- Data warehouse / reverse-ETL experience (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Census, Hightouch).
- Fluency or working proficiency in a second language.
