About ROLLER

ROLLER operates globally across 30+ countries, powering millions of real-world experiences in the leisure and attractions industry. We solve complex, real-world problems across ticketing, point of sale, self-service, memberships, kiosks, and digital waivers, all at meaningful scale. Our team of 300+ smart, grounded, and passionate humans works across the globe, caring about quality, ownership, and doing work we're proud of.

Why You'll Enjoy This Role!

  • Build it from the ground up - a true greenfield role: design ROLLER's go-to-market commissions program from scratch, including the tooling to run it, and own it end to end.
  • High-visibility partnerships - work hand-in-hand with senior sales, finance, and revenue operations leaders, with real influence over how the go-to-market org is motivated, and a seat at the table when those decisions get made.
  • Genuine breadth - own commissions across the full go-to-market motion: new sales, renewals, expansion, and solutions engineering, not just one slice of it.
  • Strategy and room to grow - blend plan strategy with hands-on analysis now, with scope to broaden into wider compensation (bonus, equity, and benefits) as ROLLER scales.

Why You Want To Work With Us!

  • Loved by Customers - ROLLER is consistently highly rated on Capterra and G2, and trusted by leading operators worldwide. That doesn't happen by accident. Customer obsession is embedded in how we prioritize, build, and measure success.
  • A Great Place People Choose to Stay - We've been Great Place to Work certified across multiple regions for several years running. That reflects a culture that values trust, autonomy, and growth, and an environment where high standards and psychological safety coexist.
  • Roller ranks in the top 5% of sales organizations to work for on RepVue!
  • Competitive Package & Real Career Growth - We offer competitive compensation and benefits aligned to the level of ownership we expect. As ROLLER scales, so do the opportunities. People grow here by taking on bigger problems, broader scope, and greater responsibility. Progression is driven by impact and capability, not tenure, and strong performance is recognised and rewarded.

What You'll Do

  • Plan design & administration
  • Own the design and ongoing refinement of go-to-market commission plans across sales, renewals, expansion, and solutions engineering.
  • Generate and distribute compensation agreements for signature.
  • Calculate payouts accurately, and partner closely with payroll to ensure every rep is paid correctly and on time, in line with our payment cycle (currently quarterly).
  • Establish and maintain the controls, systems, and operating rhythms that keep the program well governed, accurate, and auditable.
  • Analysis, strategy & tooling
  • Measure whether plans are working by tracking attainment, quota achievement, and how many reps are hitting target.
  • Identify when plans are driving unintended behavior and recommend adjustments to targets and mechanics.
  • Recommend and help stand up the right commissions/sales-comp tooling.
  • Use data to recommend changes to plan structure as the business evolves.
  • Design scalable processes and workflows for the program, leveraging AI to cut down manual, repetitive work.

About You

  • You have a high appetite for Technology and AI and a natural curiosity for how it can transform your work. You're comfortable using AI tools to automate repetitive 'busy work,' freeing you up to focus on high-impact work.
  • Around 7+ years of experience in go-to-market or sales commissions.
  • A software / SaaS background, with a clear understanding of how compensation works in a software business.
  • Experience building commission plans from the ground up, ideally at small-to-mid-size SaaS companies. If you've come from a larger company, you've also worked somewhere lean enough to build without ready-made infrastructure.
  • A genuine blend of strategy and analysis. You design the plans and run the numbers behind them, rather than purely executing.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills, and confidence working across large data sets.
  • A hands-on operator who digs into the details rather than working from 10,000 feet.
  • A strong communicator who moves fast, adapts well, and can influence and manage stakeholders across regions and outside official reporting lines, from sales, finance, revenue ops, and payroll to leaders like the CRO and RVPs.
  • A tertiary qualification in business, finance, or a related discipline is a plus, though hands-on experience matters most.
  • Keen to grow, interested in expanding over time into broader compensation, including bonus, short-term incentives, equity, and benefits, as the role evolves.
