GTA Event Production and Logistics - In Person and/or Remote Volunteers Needed!

About the role

Event Production and Logistics volunteers shape the experience of all GTA events. From working face to face with VIPs to creating new workshops that never existed, you will get to dream and then execute!

The Global Techtritionist Alliance (hereinafter referred to as “GTA”) volunteers play a crucial role in advancing the organization’s mission to promote wellness through collaboration, education, and innovation. Each volunteer member contributes their unique expertise, leadership, and commitment to ensure GTA’s success and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Work is dependent on your role. 3 hours each day of in-person help.
• Manage relationships with keynote speakers and vendors.
• Create and execute event design.
• Handle hospitality and logistics tasks.

Requirements

Volunteers must be in or near Philadelphia, PA.

Qualifications

Interest in managing relationships with keynote speakers and vendors, event design, hospitality, and logistics.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Organizational skills
• Attention to detail
