This position supports the school's mission and daily operations through active engagement with students, staff, and the broader school community.

Responsibilities

• Support instructional delivery and student learning in alignment with school and district goals
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to foster a positive and productive school environment
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development as directed
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall functioning of the school

Qualifications

• Valid Michigan teaching certificate or endorsement appropriate for the assignment
• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
