About the Role

Security is at the core of Google's design and development process: it is built into the DNA of our products. The same is true of our offices. You're an expert who shares our seriousness about security and our commitment to confidentiality. You'll collaborate with our Facilities Management team to create innovative security strategies, investigate breaches, and create risk assessment plans for the future. You believe that providing effective security doesn't come at the expense of customer service—you will be our bodyguard (and our long lost pal).

As a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Supervisor, you will lead operational shifts and manage initial quality control for GSOC output. You will bridge the gap between OSTs and leadership, managing high-priority incidents, evaluating threat intelligence, and ensuring seamless response and shift supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Lead shift-level threat triaging, incident response, and crisis management using established escalation and impact matrices.
  • Direct live quality control across all shift deliverables, including report writing, verbal briefings, and incident standardization.
  • Oversee team scheduling, ensure complete coverage, and lead GSOC operations managers when needed.
  • Serve as a leadership liaison, align regional operations with peer supervisors, and foster a team culture built on psychological safety.
  • Identify training gaps, strengthen GSOC workflows, and advocate AI integration to continually advance regional operational capabilities.

Pay

US: $128,000 - $187,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
