Growth Specialist
We are looking for a curious and commercially driven Digital Growth Specialist to join our Growth Team and support our outbound efforts in the US market. This is an entry-level role for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in digital growth, lead generation, sales development, and B2B marketing. You will help identify the right companies, find the right people to speak with, and create outreach that opens doors. This role is for someone who is comfortable being proactive, picking up the phone, and turning research into real sales conversations.
Based out of our Charlotte, NC office, you will report to the Head of Lead Generation at Umbraco HQ. Locally, you’ll work under the operational direction of our Head of North America alongside the US Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential customers in relevant markets and segments.
- Build prospecting lists using LinkedIn, AI, CRM systems, and other lead generation tools.
- Create and execute outbound email, LinkedIn, and phone call sequences.
- Follow up with prospects through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
- Convert positive engagement into booked meetings for the sales team.
- Support other growth and lead generation activities when relevant.
Qualifications
- Interest in B2B sales, digital marketing, lead generation, or business development.
- Comfortable reaching out to new people through email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Curious, structured, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable using digital tools and interested in working with AI.
- Experience with LinkedIn, email marketing, CRM systems, sales tools, copywriting, or customer-facing work is a plus, but not a requirement.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is ideal, but not a requirement.
Schedule
Full-time (40 hours per week), on-site at the Umbraco US office in Charlotte, North Carolina. Preferred starting date: as soon as possible, ideally September 1, 2026.
