Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program delivery for initiatives, including ambulatory site development and service line expansions
- Develop program roadmaps, success criteria, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
- Drive cross-functional alignment among IT, operations, HR, finance, and sales
- Cook up program plans, risk mitigation strategies, and timelines
- Facilitate decision-making with clear analyses and recommendations
- Support communication and change management activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree (MBA, MHA) preferred
- 7+ years in program/project management, ideally in healthcare or growth-focused roles
- Experience managing technical and operational projects
- Exceptional organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and executive presentation development
- Strong knowledge of program management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid)
