About the role

We are looking for future managers! This is a full-time, hourly Assistant Manager (second in command) position with overtime available. You will oversee all aspects of a million-dollar store, including people, operations, sales, and profits. You are accountable for everything that happens within your store, ensuring safety, training, and culture. You will lead by example and follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time.

This role requires 5+ days per week, including most weekends. You may be asked to help at other nearby locations. No prior management or pizza-making experience is necessary—we will train you.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations, including people, sales, and profits
• Ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team
• Lead by example and enforce policy compliance
• Maintain accountability for store performance
• Work 5+ days per week, including weekends
• Assist at nearby locations as needed

Requirements

• Great positive attitude and high energy
• Prior experience in Domino's OR prior experience leading people
• 18+ years of age
• Good driving record
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clean background check
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must reside near the store location
