We're building the AI layer for growth teams that monitors Meta Ads, Google Ads, and GA4, helping marketers catch issues before they become expensive mistakes.We're looking for an experienced growth marketer to help train and evaluate our AI's outputs, reviewing its analysis of ad performance, flagging inaccuracies, and helping it reason more like a seasoned marketer. What You'll Do · Review AI-generated insights on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and GA4 performance · Grade and correct outputs for accuracy and marketing judgment · Provide structured feedback to improve model reasoning over time · Bring real-world paid media expertise (CAC, ROAS, campaign diagnostics) to shape how the AI evaluates campaigns You're a Great Fit If You · Have 2+ years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns (Meta/Google Ads) · Have experience marketing consumer apps specifically (B2C, app-based products) · Are comfortable with GA4 and performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, CPA) · Have some familiarity with AI-assisted workflows · Are based in the United States · Can commit a few hours per week with flexible schedulingSound like you?
