About the RoleYou'll own Google and lead paid-channel expansion outside Meta, combining hands-on campaign management with experimentation, creative strategy, measurement, and forecasting. The role is responsible for hitting efficiency targets, identifying which new channels deserve investment, and building paid plans alongside cross-functional growth teams. ResponsibilitiesOwn Google Search, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube, and Demand Gen, including structure, bidding, budgets, keywords, audiences, and feed health.Manage channel performance against CAC and MER targets and distinguish between demand creation and demand capture.Run TikTok, Snapchat, and AppLovin while evaluating potential expansion into CTV, Reddit, programmatic, and audio.Design experiments to prove incremental lift and determine which channels should receive evergreen budget.Drive channel creative strategy, brief designers and UGC creators, and run systematic A/B tests across creative, landing pages, and store listings.Own reporting and tracking accuracy across web and app events and reconcile platform, warehouse, and finance data.Forecast spend, efficiency, and expected return to support monthly planning.Build paid media plans for product launches with Creative, Lifecycle, and Influencer teams. Qualifications3-5 years of performance marketing or user acquisition experience, ideally in D2C or consumer technology.Deep hands-on Google Ads experience across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and video.Experience managing six-figure monthly budgets against efficiency targets.Track record of testing acquisition channels beyond Meta and Google.Fluency in CAC, MER, and contribution margin.Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, with the ability to read a query and investigate data discrepancies.Strong creative fluency and ability to turn performance insights into clear creative briefs.High ownership and comfort operating in ambiguity.Familiarity with Northbeam, Google Analytics, MMPs, or BI tools is a plus.
