Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

We’re hiring for a few growth marketing roles for people who want to stay close to the work and care about results and purpose. While we’re open to different experience levels, this isn’t an entry-level role. We’re looking for folks who’ve spent real time running live paid campaigns, ideally 3–4 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize performance-driven paid campaigns, mainly across search and paid social.
• Manage real budgets, test ideas, and make decisions in-platform on a day-to-day basis.
• Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities.
• Test new channels, tactics, creative, landing pages, and optimization approaches.
• Report on campaign performance, cross-channel influence, and downstream business impact.
• Use insights to recommend improvements to paid media strategy, lead-generation content, and campaign assets.
• Partner with stakeholders to build alignment and communicate results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience with hands-on paid media campaign management.
• Experience with paid search and/or paid social advertising.
• Experience with Google Ads and/or Meta.
• Experience managing budgets, optimizing campaigns, and reporting on performance.
• Comfort using Excel or similar tools to analyze performance and tell data-driven stories.
• Strong collaboration skills with creatives, analytics, and business partners.

Work location and schedule

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. All team members work on-site under the same roof, with flexible schedules available to accommodate appointments, family obligations, and other needs. Every team member has a designated workspace with an electronic sit-stand desk; the campus includes quiet library space, coffee bar/lounge areas, a recreational game zone, and outdoor/patio work and break areas.
