Growth Marketing Manager
Prestige Development Group (PDG) specializes in providing innovative human capital management solutions tailored to meet the needs of both private and public sector organizations. We are a certified SBA HUBZone and Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business dedicated to fostering diversity, inclusion, and operational excellence.
About the role
We are seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to own and run the day-to-day marketing engine: digital presence, AEO/SEO/SEM, social, events and conferences, campaign development and execution, agency management, and the metrics that show what's working. You'll work closely with our Head of Commercial Operations, and the rest of the marketing, sales, and deployment teams to keep pipeline full and reps enabled with sharp, current collateral. This is a builder role. You'll execute the campaigns, content, and channels day to day, working within our shared funnel, lead-handoff, and CRM setup. Expect to set the plan for your remit and then execute most of it yourself, and build a team from there.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute Bridgetown's digital presence: website performance and refresh work, AEO/SEO/SEM, and organic and paid social
- Build, run, and optimize integrated campaigns across outbound (paid social, events, conferences) and inbound (thought leadership distribution, web, social) channels. Keep your campaigns and content mapped cleanly to the shared funnel stages and lead-handoff process so marketing-sourced pipeline flows cleanly to sales.
- Select, brief, and manage outside agencies and contractors (design, paid media, events, and similar) to extend the team's output.
- Plan and execute Bridgetown's presence at industry events and conferences, from selection through follow-up.
- Partner with leadership to turn strategic positioning and thought leadership into sales-ready collateral, playbooks, and campaign assets.
- Own marketing-specific reporting - campaign ROI, channel and content performance, and cost per lead - feeding, and use the data to continuously reallocate spend and effort.
- Bring an AI-first approach to the work - using AI tools to accelerate content production, creative testing, campaign analysis, and personalization - and help the broader team adopt them too.
Requirements
- Required Experience as a functional marketing generalist with hands-on experience across digital marketing, AEO/SEO/SEM, social media, campaigns, and events.
- Experience working in professional services, the investment ecosystem, B2B SaaS/technology, or a startup or fast-growing scale-up environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics, conversion rates, channel ROI, and data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools for content creation, design, analysis, personalization, or other marketing activities.
- Experience managing agencies and contractors, including briefing, accountability, and determining when to execute work internally.
- Ability to build marketing operations and infrastructure from a relatively blank slate without relying on a large team or established playbook.
- Ability to partner closely with sales and understand the role of marketing in making sales more effective.
- Hands-on campaign and channel execution experience.
Qualifications
- Preferred: Experience with B2B audiences such as consulting, investment, or enterprise strategy teams.
- Preferred: Experience as a Growth or Marketing Manager at an early-stage B2B SaaS or AI startup, with ownership of digital, campaigns, and funnel activities and demonstrated pipeline or growth impact.
- Preferred: Experience as a Marketing Generalist at a professional services firm or larger technology company, particularly in an environment requiring significant ownership and function-building.
- Preferred: Experience in a growth or digital marketing agency or as an in-house team lead managing multi-channel B2B campaigns and outside vendors.
- Preferred: Marketing operations or systems experience combined with direct execution of campaigns and channels, rather than reporting-only responsibilities.
Benefits
- Meaningful equity participation in a fast-growing startup with top-tier investors
- Comprehensive benefits
