About the role
Growth Marketing Manager, Lifecycle & MarTech is responsible for driving growth through lifecycle marketing strategies and leveraging MarTech tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Leverage MarTech platforms to automate and optimize marketing processes.
- Analyze campaign performance data to inform future marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a digital or MarTech environment.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
