About the role

Growth Marketing Manager, Lifecycle & MarTech is responsible for driving growth through lifecycle marketing strategies and leveraging MarTech tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
  • Leverage MarTech platforms to automate and optimize marketing processes.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a digital or MarTech environment.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading projects.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
