Growth Marketing Manager
About the role
The Growth Marketing Manager will measure, develop, execute, and optimize campaigns to drive pipeline growth, focusing on the North American and key LATAM markets. Responsibilities include strategizing and managing campaigns across email, paid digital, events, and synthesizing these with the SDR channel. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with strong organizational skills, creativity, and deep understanding of performance marketing across all major channels.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across platforms. Manage end-to-end campaign execution and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute targeted email campaigns to drive top-of-funnel demand. Create personalized email content by persona and account type. Analyze metrics to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Digital Marketing: Manage digital channels including Google, YouTube, social, trade publications, industry marketplaces, Reddit, and ChatGPT. Use AI to optimize ad delivery, targeting, and reporting. Integrate digital with other channels for consistent messaging.
- Event Marketing & Sales Collaboration: Lead pre-, post-, and in-event communications for industry events. Collaborate with brand team and event leads to maximize visibility and engagement. Analyze performance and work with sales to capture pipeline.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Use data-driven insights to guide strategies. Track KPIs to assess effectiveness and identify growth opportunities. Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a relevant field.
- 4+ years of B2B marketing experience in growth marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, or related role with a proven track record managing successful multi-channel campaigns.
- B2B SaaS and start-up experience preferred.
- Experience in hospitality or hotel tech industry is a plus.
- Strong copywriting skills and ability to use AI for personalized messaging.
- Proven ability to measure campaign performance, derive insights, and take action based on data.
- Project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously across channels, including events.
- Strong background integrating marketing with a sales/SDR channel for unified outreach.
- Experience managing event campaigns.
- Familiarity with marketing tools (Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft), digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads), and managing media purchases with third-party publications.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
Compensation & Benefits
- Target cash compensation: $140,000 - $156,000 (fixed annual salary + performance-based monthly bonus). Includes stock option grant (subject to board approval). Actual compensation commensurate with skill, experience, and work location.
