About the role
The Director of Growth Marketing will play a critical role in scaling Knit’s go-to-market engine. This leader will own the strategy and execution required to consistently generate high-quality Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), driving predictable pipeline growth through disciplined, data-driven growth programs. You will own growth marketing strategy and execution across targeted paid, organic, content-led, lifecycle, and account-based programs. You will work closely with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Marketing Operations, RevOps, and the team responsible for events to turn Knit’s positioning and market opportunities into measurable pipeline.
This is a highly hands-on role for a builder who is equally comfortable developing a campaign strategy, creating a target audience and channel plan, working directly in growth and automation tools, analyzing performance, and improving programs based on results. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will have significant ownership over how Knit builds a more predictable and scalable growth engine.
