Overview: The Free Press is looking for a Growth Marketer to help drive subscriber acquisition and retention across our fastest-growing channels. We're looking for a hands-on marketing tactician: someone who can plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across paid and owned channels, while using data to know what's working and why. You'll blend creative instinct with a rigorous, test-and-learn mindset to help scale The Free Press's subscriber base. Our ideal candidate is also passionate about using emerging AI tools to move faster, building campaigns, analyzing performance, exploring agentic tools, and automating repetitive work so the team can experiment more and ship more.
