About Abode Money
Abode Money is the first-ever AI financial home manager, using AI to save homeowners on property taxes, insurance, mortgage and more. Homeowners spend $2T+ per year on their home. Not only is it difficult to buy a home today, but it’s become just as challenging to continue owning your home. We’re going to be the first to create a relationship with 80M+ homeowners in the US by saving them money year after year. We’ve raised $23M from Permanent Capital, Drive Capital, Sequoia, Core VC and The 81 Collection.
Role
We need a creative growth engine, not a social media manager. You will build a high-frequency content machine and a distribution network to reach homeowners where they actually live. You must be AI-native; you use tools to increase your throughput and automate the repetitive parts of the job.
What You’ll Do
- High-Volume Output: Post 3–4x daily on TikTok and Instagram. Turn one concept into dozens of derivatives using AI-driven workflows.
- Referral Growth: Run campaigns targeting young people to onboard their parents and our main audience (40+)
- Podcast Clips: Chop full-length podcast episodes into high-engagement clips for X, LinkedIn, and Reels.
- Guerilla Distribution: Find ways to scale our presence on Nextdoor, Facebook Groups, and YouTube without getting flagged as a bot.
- Performance Iteration: Read the analytics daily. If it flops, pivot. If it works, double down.
Who You Are
- AI-native, already using tools like Claude, Midjourney, and video AI tools to do your work.
- Execution-first and comfortable shipping 20+ pieces of content a week.
- Strong visual taste—know what good content looks like and how to avoid corporate cringe.
- Tech-scrappy, figuring out how to navigate platform filters and manage multiple accounts effectively.
Basic Qualifications
- You’re in Austin or willing to relocate.
- We’re in-person 4 days a week.
- Hands-on experience creating short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, Reels, and similar platforms.
- Fluency with AI content tools (e.g., Claude, Midjourney, and video AI tools) to increase output and automate repetitive work.
- Comfort reading analytics daily and iterating quickly on what performs.
