Growth Marketer

About the role

We're looking for Growth Marketers to help Base360 reach B2C brands and turn attention into signups, leads, and customers. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role where you'll own a growth channel end-to-end or run across several, set strategy, run campaigns, and answer for results.

Responsibilities

• Own a growth channel end to end — or run across several — setting the strategy, running the campaigns, and answering for the results.
• Generate leads and drive signups — build and run the motions that fill the pipeline, from paid and SEO to outbound and referral.
• Use AI everywhere it gives you an edge — for research, copy, targeting, automation, and speed.
• Build funnels and landing pages that convert, and obsess over the numbers behind every step.
• Work closely with the founder on positioning, messaging, and where to point the growth firepower next.
• Track everything — you live in the data and can tell a clear story about what's working and why.

Requirements

• A fast learner who can pick up new skills quickly and love figuring things out.
• Desire to get great at growth — you don't need to be an expert yet, but you're determined to become one of the best.
• AI-savvy and use modern tools to work faster and smarter than a traditional marketer.
• Scraped and self-directed — you take a goal and figure out the how, without waiting to be told.
• Analytical — comfortable with data, attribution, and turning insight into action.

Qualifications

• Any hands-on experience with paid, SEO, outbound, content, lifecycle, or marketing to B2C brands and startups is a plus.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
• Experience with analytics and attribution models.
• Ability to execute and optimize marketing campaigns.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
