Growth Marketer
About the role
We're looking for Growth Marketers to help Base360 reach B2C brands and turn attention into signups, leads, and customers. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role where you'll own a growth channel end-to-end or run across several, set strategy, run campaigns, and answer for results.
Responsibilities
- Own a growth channel end to end — or run across several — setting the strategy, running the campaigns, and answering for the results.
- Generate leads and drive signups — build and run the motions that fill the pipeline, from paid and SEO to outbound and referral.
- Run experiments fast — test hooks, audiences, funnels, and offers; kill what doesn't work and scale what does.
- Use AI everywhere it gives you an edge — for research, copy, targeting, automation, and speed.
- Build funnels and landing pages that convert, and obsess over the numbers behind every step.
- Work closely with the founder on positioning, messaging, and where to point the growth firepower next.
- Track everything — you live in the data and can tell a clear story about what's working and why.
Requirements
You're a fast learner above all — you may specialise in one growth channel or be a generalist across many, but either way you pick up new skills quickly and love figuring things out.
You're hungry to get great at growth — you don't need to be an expert yet, but you're determined to become one of the best.
You're AI-savvy and use modern tools to work faster and smarter than a traditional marketer.
You're scrappy and self-directed — you take a goal and figure out the how, without waiting to be told.
You're analytical — comfortable with data, attribution, and turning insight into action.
Bonus: any hands-on experience with paid, SEO, outbound, content, lifecycle, or marketing to B2C brands and startups.
