Responsibilities
- Deeply understand the customer base and drive retention.
- Lead and refine customer cohort analysis.
- Work closely with Operations to address customer pain points and implement solutions.
- Lead customer engagement efforts including newsletters, journals, and other content.
- Run campaigns and growth initiatives from start to finish, including activation, retention, and loyalty programs.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities, design experiments, and develop strategic campaigns.
- Oversee the execution of growth initiatives and analyze results.
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative growth strategies specific to Fitnescity.
Qualifications
- An Undergraduate or Master's Degree in Management.
- Growth, Marketing, or Customer Engagement experience.
- Good with numbers and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a competitive, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
- Comfortable working with minimal supervision and willing to learn new strategies.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Familiarity with the fitness and wellness industry.
